I've seen Thirsty Cow when I come to Costco, but finally tried it for the first time and I had a very positive experience. I came on a Thursday around 6:00 PM and it was about a 30 min wait. I was surprised how big the restaurant was inside. There's a lot of tables, but sounds like it gets very busy on the weekends. There's also a self pour beer tap when you enter. You get a wristband which links to your card and you get charged per oz, which varies depending on the beer you get. It's great if you want to try different beers. There's two options to choose from (premium $49 and choice $39). We opted for the $39 menu. The service was amazing and everything came out quick. The meat was also great! The first plate of meat is usually the best at the other kbbq places I've been to, but I was surprised each plate was consistent with the quality. They also have a variety of salts to try. My favorite was the wasabi sea salt. Lastly, they give you ice cream at the end and it's not some random cheap ice cream. It was melona! They had ube, pistachio, and melon. Overall, great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Might be my favorite kbbq spot outside of Koreatown Staff is friendly, and the space is pretty large. Great quality meats + banchan. Also cool how they have different salt flavors to choose from! They offer each person a melona at the end of the meal, so save some room. All in all, always worth the wait!

This is one of my favorite premium AYCE KBBQ spots in the SGV! Thirsty Cow is incredibly spacious, offering quick service with frequent grill changes, and the meat quality is exceptional. We opted for the Premium AYCE (~$50) to try some of their dry-aged cuts like the ribeye and T-bone steak--it's definitely worth the price. The meats are fresh, and I love the variety of salts provided, allowing you to mix up the flavors to your taste. The truffle and wasabi salts stood out the most to me. I also appreciate the complimentary melona bar at the end, a perfect cure for the sweet tooth! The wait can be long (sometimes over 2 hours), so be sure to put your name on the waitlist early. Overall, this is a solid spot if you're in search of high-quality KBBQ in the area!

One of my favorite KBBQ experiences! Get here early to put your name down and just go walk around Costco or something but once you're seated, things move quick! They bring over a ton of banchan, and we ordered the $39 menu - we loved the brisket and sirloin - could literally eat that all day. Lots of other meats to try ad well, but overall great food, and good service. Also love that they serve a melona bar once you're done!
